The room was large with central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.

Convenient and quiet place with amazingly attentive staff and perfect location near to the fox town outlet. Location very close to Foxtown, Mendrisio, Lugano, and highway and shopping centre. Different food combined with a good service: D

The hotel is modern and well-appointed with excellent food. The views are nice. The location is perfect, just a 10-15 minute walk from Galleria Baumgartner.

The hotel in Mendrisio was quiet and easy to find from the train station. The standard twin room was functional and had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was unbeatable, being at a moderate distance from an outlet mall as well as near the town center and shopping center.

The room was clean with comfortable bedding. the bathroom was also clean and had all the necessary toiletries. the location was great, just a short walk from the train station and close to the town center. the nearby restaurants and shops were a plus.

The breakfast was not included in the room rate, and it was quite expensive. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, and there was a language barrier.

Unlike some other hotels we've stayed at, the connection was strong and reliable throughout our entire stay. It made it easy for us to stay connected and get work done without any interruptions. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, making our stay more fun. we highly recommend this hotel for its great WiFi and friendly service.

The location near the outlet was just what I was looking for. Easy to find from the train station and walking distance to the factory outlet. The staff was super helpful in all ways, giving me a transport pass to visit the next big town Lugano. The room was silent, with good black-out curtains, and great WiFi.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk to the outlet stores. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, always going out of their way to assist us. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to a more spacious one, at no extra cost, because we were traveling with kids. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and get a good night's sleep. We also loved the fact that there was a restaurant with a great chef, offering delicious meals.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently situated near a factory outlet and is within walking distance of a shopping center. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, with multiple languages spoken. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with an excellent restaurant that offered a variety of dishes, including fish, steak, and pasta.

The lifts in the building were not ideal, with some blocking and shaking causing concern for some guests.

Celebrated New Year here. Great value for money. Proximity to highway and shopping center couldn't be better. Our room was spacious and well insulated from outdoor noise. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free private parking was a nice bonus.

The breakfast offered wasn't as good as expected. there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was inconvenient.
